What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
24/1931/FH - Flat 1, 30 Grimston Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2PX - Retrospective application for the erection of garden wall including railings, double gate to the front and single side gate and installation of a new window.
25/0362/FH - 131 SANDGATE HIGH STREET, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3BZ - Change of rear facade to a render finish.
25/0374/FH - Flat 6, 17 Grimston Gardens, Folkestone, CT20 2PU - Replacement of 6no. windows.
25/0390/FH - Radnor Lodge, 12 Radnor Cliff, Folkestone, CT20 2JJ - New dwelling.
25/0420/FH - RIVER COTTAGE, STRAIGHT HILL, WINGMORE, CANTERBURY, CT4 6LT - Demolition of the porch and flue at the rear of the building. Proposed ground and first floor extension to the rear of the property with a hipped gable roof. Minor alterations to the existing landscaping.
25/0444/FH - RIVER COTTAGE, STRAIGHT HILL, WINGMORE, CANTERBURY, CT4 6LT - Listed Building Consent for the demolition of the porch and flue at the rear of the building. Proposed ground and first floor extension to the rear of the property with a hipped gable roof. Minor alterations to the existing landscaping.
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
