Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications within a conservation area or affecting a listed building:
Site At Dukes Manor the Street Roxwell Conversion and part replacement of existing outbuilding to create a 1 1/2 storey dwelling with detached cart lodge. Ref No. 25/00292/FUL & Ref No. 25/00293/LBC
The Priory Hospital Stump Lane Chelmsford Installation of roof mounted solar photovoltaic panels. Ref No. 25/00323/LBC
Agricultural Building Imphy Hall Back Lane Stock Demolition of existing agricultural barn and the construction of two dwellings with garages. Ref No. 25/00304/FUL
Major development.
Rivermead Industrial Estate Bishop Hall Lane Chelmsford Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of site to provide hotel (C1), office space (E(g)(i)) including workplace day childcare, restaurant (E(b)), and student accommodation (sui generis) with ancillary spaces. Erection of new pedestrian bridges, associated parking provision, infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping. Ref No. 25/00274/FUL
