25/00275/LBC - Listed Building Consent for proposed installation of bird netting to the first floor courtyard area to the rear of the building.

25/00290/LBC - Listed Building Consent for the refurbishment to external shopfront to replace existing Santander fascia and projecting hanging signs with new design

25/00300/ADV - Advertisement Consent for the display of 1no. new externally illuminated projecting hanging sign and 1no. new externally illuminated fascia sign in Santander’s new standard script font. Fascia sign externally illuminated by existing light trough.

The above applications affect the curtilage of a Listed Building
