DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
HS/FA/24/00809 2 Ellenslea Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Removal of front wall and part demolition of single-storey recreational structure. Creation of a new single-storey one bedroom flat.
HS/FA/25/00094 19 Robertson Street, Hastings. Change of use of 1st / 2nd / 3rd / 4th floors from Class E (Offices) to form 3 x flats plus elevation alterations including a roof dormer and hip to gable extension at fourth floor level.
HS/FA/25/00099 55 Gensing Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Reconfiguration of the building, including change of use of office unit and upward extension of building to create 1 x 2 bedroom dwelling and 1 x 3 bedroom dwelling, works include roof terrace and balcony. The provision of cycle and waste storage and amenity space to both units.
HS/FA/25/00103* 27 Dane Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Extension of rear dormer to include new and replacement window, other works to include replacement of window with french doors and replacement dormer window to south west elevation and replacement of existing uPVC french doors to north east elevation with window.
HS/FA/25/00105 Muriel Matters House, Breeds Place, Hastings. Installation of roller shutters externally, to the 2 lower ground floor windows and the lower ground floor main entrance doorway. The shutters are to be operated by electric motors. The controls for the shutters will be located inside the building.

AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS
HS/LB/22/00832 110A High Street, Hastings. New single-storey front extension with rooflight (shower room) which joins existing single-storey side kitchen extension. Installation of rooflight on south-west existing roof slope. Replacement of window on south west elevation from louvre to timber. Roof of existing single storey rear extension to be lowered and replaced and outdoor amenity (terrace) space created surrounded by woven screening and accessed through new jib door to north-west elevation. Gas terminals on chimney replaced with clay pots. External painting. New timber front door. Timber gate replaced. Fenestration changes and internal refurbishment (amended description). Proposed Amendment: New drawings and documents received to address Conservation comments.

Comments about applications can be made online or sent to the Planning Services Manager within 21 days from the date of this notice or 14 days for amended plans. An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday in England that falls during the consultation period. Comments received are public documents and will be published on the internet. Requests for confidentiality cannot be accepted.
* Comments made on this application will be sent to the Secretary of State if an appeal is received and dealt with under the 'written representations' procedure. No comments can be made at the appeal stage.
