TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13

Proposed development at Plots 6 & 7, North Quay Road, Newhaven BN9 0AB

I give notice that F M Conway Limited is applying to the County Council as Planning Authority for planning permission for the following development: An alternate site layout (part retrospective) including the external processing of asphalt planings, temporary storage of containers, the installation of an LPG storage facility, the relocation of car and lorry parking, and a minor alteration to the configuration of acoustic fencing.

Members of the public can view the application on Lewes District Council’s, website, East Sussex County Council’s website, or inspect the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by appointment at the offices of the Director, Communities, Economy and Transport Department, East Sussex County Council, County Hall, St Anne’s Crescent, Lewes until the 11 April 2025.
