ZF25/00091/LB – Retrospective application to replace 5no. timber ladders with steel ladders at East Pier Henrietta Street Whitby for North Yorkshire Council (Mr Andy Crossley)
ZF25/00183/HS – Proposed window and roof light to north elevation and replacement roof light to south elevation at 4 Church Street Whitby YO22 4AE for Mr Anthony Wadsworth
ZF25/00260/LB – Removal of gypsum plaster from two walls on the ground floor at 96B Church Street Whitby YO22 4BH for Mr Michael Jagger
ZF25/00197/FL – Retrospective consent for the installation of a velux window and rear dormer at 4 Prospect Place Whitby YO22 4AD for Mr & Mrs Ripley
ZF25/00143/FL – Replace the existing sheet piled outer wall to Eskside Wharf and involves the installation of a new sheet piled wall approximately 1.5m seaward side of the existing sheet piled wall together with the construction of a new reinforced concrete capping beam which will extend to cap off both sheet piled walls. The scheme also includes replacement of the mooring bollards to the capping beam. at Eskside Wharf Church Street Whitby YO22 4AE for Mr Nick Franks

Anyone wishing to make representations should do so in writing within 21 days beginning with the date of this notice, NB: excluding any public holidays that occur within the consultation period. In the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission on a Householder Application or advertisement consent on an Advertisement Application there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
