NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has received the following Applications:
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for Minor Material Amendments in connection with the planning permission (DC/20/117966) dated 5 November 2021, to vary the wording for Condition 2 (Approved Plans); Condition 29 (Photo Voltaic Panels); Condition 30 (Energy Strategy); and Condition 31 (Living Roof) to incorporate an alternative energy strategy utilising air source heat pumps (ASHP); adjustments to the number and location of photovoltaic panels; updates to the approved living roof system (DC/25/138731).

10 Tremaine Close SE4 Construction of a porch extension, covered entrance and the conversion of the existing garage with alterations to the front elevation, a roof light, replacement windows and an air source heat pump (DC/25/139293).

St Johns Conservation Area
5 Ashmead Road SE8 Installation of an Air Source Heat Pump in the rear garden and external wall insulation to the rear and outrigger elevations (DC/25/139129).
Telegraph Hill Conservation Area
3 Arbuthnot Road SE14 Construction of a rear dormer and a cycle and bin store (DC/25/139202).
74 Bousfield Road SE14 Construction of a single-storey rear wrap-around extension, changes to the front, side and rear fenestration’s, replacement windows, doors, roof slates, chimney pots and parapet copping stones, new rooflights, demolition of outbuilding (DC/25/139237).
