NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR OUTLINE PLANNING PERMISSION 
ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT UNDER REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 

Proposed development on Land adjacent to Amersham Road and Minerva Way, (Beeches Park), Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire 

I give notice that Catesby Strategic Land Ltd and The Portman Estatehave submitted an outline planning application PL/25/0492/OA for the erection of residential dwellings (Use Class C3), elderly/extra care and/or later living accommodation (Use Class C2 and C3) mobility hubs and a community building (Use Class F2), including public open space, means of vehicular access into the site (not internal roads) and associated infrastructure (matter to be considered at this stage: access)

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which and to which the application site is situated.

Please submit any comments you wish to make by 20 April 2025. You are encouraged to submit your comments within this timeframe in order to ensure they are taken into consideration. At this time, where comments are received after this period and before the application is decided, we will aim to take them into consideration where at all possible. If you comment on the application, you will receive an acknowledgement letter, but we regret that further correspondence cannot be entered into.

All comments are available to view online, whilst the application remains undecided, so please only provide details that are appropriate to be published. We endeavour to ensure that signatures, telephone numbers and personal email addresses are removed from view. Please refer to the Council’s Privacy Notices. Once the decision is issued, it will be published online.

A copy of the ES on USB flash drive is also available at a charge of £25. Enquires in respect of the USB flash drive or printed copies of the ES and appendices should be made to Savills at southamptonplanning@savills.com or on 023 8071 3900. The ES can also be viewed at Buckinghamshire Council’s offices.
