Rugby Borough Council’s Adopted Local Plan allocates the South West Rugby site as a new mixed- use neighbourhood.
A planning application is being prepared by Tritax Big Box Developments (formerly Tritax Symmetry) for Phase 2 of the Symmetry Park logistics park on at Land at South West Rugby, on the Safeguarded land.
A public exhibition is being held by Tritax Big Box to view proposals of Phase 2 at Symmetry Park -
the logistics park at land at South West Rugby.
Members of the public are invited to attend the exhibition.
The exhibition has been arranged for: Tuesday 1st April 2025 between 3.30pm – 7.30pm, to be held at: DRAYCOTE HOTEL, LONDON ROAD, RUGBY, CV23 9LF
