Proposed development at Land East of the Mill Yard, Burniston Mill, Coastal Road, Burniston, Scarborough, YO13 0DB. I give notice that Europa Oil & Gas Limited is applying to North Yorkshire Council for planning permission for Construction of a temporary wellsite for the appraisal of gas, including drilling operation, proppant squeeze & flow testing operation and site restoration & that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may view the application, the plans, & other documents submitted with the application at North Yorkshire Council (Scarborough), Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire during all reasonable hours until 19/04/25. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the Council’s web-site
