Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which
require publication.
TWC/2025/0146 – Land between, Castle Farm Way and A5 (Phase 3), Priorslee – Reserved matters application pursuant to outline planning permission TWC/2014/0980 (Outline application for residential development of up to 1100 dwellings, a
commercial/employment centre (use classes B1a, A1, A2, A3, A4 and C3 uses) retention of existing farm shop, garden centre and play barn, erection of a primary school, local centre (use classes A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, C3 and D1 and D2 (community building) a retirement village, with associated strategic landscaping, attenuation areas, opens space, highways and other associated infrastructure with detailed approval
for access arrangements from Castle Farm Way (A4640) and Watling Street (A5) with all other matters reserved) for the erection of 196no. dwellings including details for access, appearance, landscaping, layout and
scale for Phase 3
TWC/2025/0160 & TWC/2025/0161 – 46-47, Newbridge Road, Ironbridge – Installation of lead flashing onto existing stone wall of listed property to replace existing failed flashing (Listed Building Consent)
TWC/2025/0171 – Brambles, Coalport Road, Madeley – Erection of an orangery
TWC/2025/0175 & TWC/2025/0176 – Field Aston Manor, Field Aston Lane, Field Aston, Newport – Replacement of 16no. windows, repairs and re- glazing to 3no.windows and installation of a bi-fold door (Full Planning Application)
TWC/2025/0177 – YHA Coalbrookdale, Paradise, Coalbrookdale – Installation of a commercial kitchen extraction system to rear elevation (Listed Building Consent) (Retrospective)
TWC/2025/0178 – The Old Coach House, 9B Church Street, Madeley – Installation of 3no. hardwood timber windows and 1no. hardwood timber door to replace existing windows and door on front elevation only

Written representations can be
made on planning online or by email at
planning.control@telford.gov.uk
and need
to be received by 10 April 2025 (14 days for public service infrastructure
development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank
holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental
statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a
householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be
made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
