24/40076/FUL - Rear Of The Surgery Wharf Road Gnosall - Hybrid application seeking outline planning permission for the erection of 19 dwellings with all matters reserved except for means of access and detailed permission for the conversion of a barn into a dwelling
The proposed developments are classed as major developments and accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area.

25/40232/ADV - Foregate Street Stafford Staffordshire - Advertisement consent to fix seven pairs of brackets and PVC banners to existing lamppost columns Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 9 April 2025. Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 9 April 2025. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
