NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.
FUL/000163/25 - Agricultural workers dwelling at land adjacent to Bro Grug, Rhydtalog, Mold. (This application affects a public right of way).
OUT/000090/25 - Outline application for demolition of derelict industrial unit and erection of 2 dwellings at Tanfield House, Old Warren, Broughton. (The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area to which the application relates).
A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 4th April 2025 on our website at https:// planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire.
