Great Yarmouth Borough Council has received the following applications for development in the Borough of Great Yarmouth, which are hereby advertised.

THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

Change of use of land from agricultural use to create 2 no. dog exercise fields; Installation of car parking area; Erection of 2 no. shelters; Erection of screening. Land south of 29 Hall Road, Martham. Application No: 06/25/0066/F (4)

Construction of a 2-storey masonry bay window and the installation of a single window to the first-floor bedroom front elevation. 31 Crown Road, Great Yarmouth. Application No: 06/23/0703/HH (2)

Erection of solar array consisting of 26 solar panels support posts and rails with all associated works. Church Farm, Main Road, Ormesby St Michael. Application No: 06/25/0143/F (5)

Variation of Condition 1 (No occupation between 1st November to 19th March in the following year) and removal of Condition 2 (Requirement to remove caravans from the site when not occupied) of pp BF5200 (Permanent planning permission to create caravan park) – To allow use of the land for siting of caravans for holiday use and their retention on site all year round. Variation of Conditions 1 (approved plans) and 5 (Landscaping scheme) of pp 06/20/0195/F (A variation of pp 06/17/0546/F – construction of care home) – Proposed amendment to introduce changes to landscaping and approved boundary treatments. 95-96 North Denes Road, (Eversley Nursing Home), Great Yarmouth.
