REASON FOR HEARING
Appeal by Mr Patrick Doherty against enforcement notice issued by Central Bedfordshire Council as Local Planning Authority for the following:
Without planning permission unauthorised siting and occupation of caravans for residential use and associated development.
and
Without planning permission, the creation of an area of hardstanding and building a fence on the Land.
At land to the rear of The Stables, Stanbridge Road, Great Billington, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 9JH.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold a Hearing opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The Hearing will be held as an entirely In Person event run by Central Bedfordshire Council.

When contacting the Appeals Team, it would be helpful if you could confirm whether you want to take an active part in the proceedings or attend only as an observer. This information will need to be provided to the Planning Inspector.
