Barracks Road - Multiple Planning Applications

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building

1. Retention of vinyl posters on the glass and off license sign at 4 Merrial Street Newcastle Staffordshire ST5 2AD by Mr Jeleesh Gopurathil Thomas. File ref 25/00142/ADV (application site is within the Town Centre Conservation Area).

2. Replacement shop front windows and doors at 39- 41 Merrial Street Newcastle Staffordshire ST5 2AE by Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council. File Ref: 25/00180/DEEM3 (application site is within the Town Centre Conservation Area).

3. Replacement shop front windows and doors at 21 Merrial Street Newcastle Staffordshire ST5 2AE by Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council. File Ref: 25/00184/DEEM3 (application site is within the Town Centre Conservation Area).

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 13

1. Erection of a self build dormer bungalow at Hope Cottage Leycett Lane Silverdale Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire ST5 6AW by Mr & Mrs J Bullock. File ref: 25/00115/FUL The proposed developments does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only, or the Customer Services Centre in Kidsgrove Town Hall Liverpool Road Kidsgrove between the hours of 9.00 am to 1.00 pm or 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on weekdays only, to inspect the application plans and documents.
