Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2024/2052: 8, Rectory Lane, Charlwood, Horley, Surrey, RH6 0EF, Erection of new detached garage to replace the existing to be used as accommodation which would be allied and incidental to the main dwelling house.

MO/2025/0244: St Michaels House, Dell Close, Mickleham, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6EE, Change of use of the front lawn area from private amenity space to occasional commercial use. Formation of an opening in the existing boundary hedge and install full height (1.8 metres) close boarded timber gate across new opening.
