Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25
2025/110 & 2025/130 (LB) - High Beeches, Tupwood Scrubbs Road, Caterham. Erection of single storey rear extension, changes to windows / doors, internal alterations plus new flue for log burning stove plus removal of existing chimney (Listed Building Consent).
2025/42 - Rook Farm, Rook Lane, Chaldon. Proposed internal and external works to listed building including rear/ side extension, remodelling existing annex, removal and re-siting of modern stable building and internal alterations to existing house.
2025/126 & 2025/151 (LB) - Outwood Mill, Gayhouse Lane, Outwood. Extension to front of dwelling and conversion of the existing garage into a home office, home gym and garden store. (Listed Building Consent).
2025/44 - 1-2 Altar Cottages, Crowhurst Lane, Crowhurst. Retention of timber relocatable field shelter and stack / feed store shed and associated stock fencing and hardstanding. (Retrospective).
2025/171 - Nutfield Priory Hotel, Nutfield Road, Nutfield. To stabilise the existing north retaining wall. (Listed Building Consent).
2024/1321 - Brook House, Brook Hill, Oxted. Replacement of Windows to the front of Brook House & replacement of roof tiles on Curtilage Listed Outbuilding. (Listed Building Consent).
2025/177 - Flint Hall Farm, Flower Lane, Godstone. Section 106 is proposed to be fully discharged.
