The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/25/098434/FULL The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Mesnes
26 Bridgeman Terrace Wigan WN1 1TD. Change of use from offices to 5 apartments together with excavation works to create new lightwell to rear, bin store to rear, associated external alterations including new entrance to side, replacement windows, handrail to front and rear.
A/25/098493/FULL The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Haigh Village Whitegates 14 Haigh Road Haigh Wigan. Erection of replacement dwellinghouse and alterations to access, following demolition of existing dwellinghouse and ancillary buildings.
A/25/098521/FULL The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Ashton in Makerfield Town Centre Scrivens 6 - 8 Garswood Street Ashton-in-Makerfield Wigan. Replacement shop frontage, including new timber cornice, windows and doors and rendered masonry plinth to front and side elevations.
A/25/098581/FULL The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Ashton in
Makerfield Gee Tees 20 - 22 Gerard Street Ashton-in-Makerfield Wigan. Replacement shop frontage and new timber profile, together with new first floor windows. The planning applications above have been made to Wigan Council for the above proposals, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
A/25/098536/FULL Eckersley Mill 1 Swan Meadow Road Wigan. The construction of two padel tennis courts with associated means of enclosure, floodlighting and container club house.
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area.
