NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
KCC/DA/0022/2025 – Proposed development at Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy, Green Street, Green Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 1QE.
Kier Construction on behalf of KCC is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for Construction of a two-storey school building with associated soft and hard landscaping and infrastructure to facilitate a 2FE expansion at the school.

We accept comments within 18 days from the date of this notice (7 April 2025). Please quote the application reference number (KCC/DA/0022/2025) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
