25/00503/FUL - 12 Humbledon View Sunderland SR2 7RX. Mr Colin Parkin is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replacement of synthetic roof tiles from the main roof front roof plane, the front dormer pitched roof and dormer cheeks, and replacement with Spanish natural slate tiles.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan and affects a Public Right of Way.
25/00464/VAR - Land at Harrogate Street and Amberley Street Sunderland. Esh Living is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of condition 4 (CEMP and CMS) of previously approved application 22/00970/FUL to amend contractor and phasing plan.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Saint Ignatious Church, Suffolk Street, Hendon SR2 8BY which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
