TAKE NOTICE that Arthur Goudy Jr of 17 Benford Drive, Newtownards, BT23 8TH AND Denise Wallace of 12 Belsize Court, Lisburn, County Antrim, BT27 4BA, the Personal Representative of John Goudy late of 10a Ballycastle Road, Ballyblack, Newtownards, BT22 2AY have applied to the Land Registry under Section 53 of the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 for the said Arthur Goudy Jr to be registered as a joint full owner of the land comprised in the above Folio together with a declaration that John Goudy deceased was entitled to be registered as a joint full owner of the land comprised in the above Folio.



Any person objecting to compliance with the application should write to the Registrar of Titles, Land Registry, 7 Lanyon Plaza, Belfast, BT1 3LP, WITHIN 28 DAYS of the publication of this notice, setting out valid grounds of objection.



The County, Folio number(s) and the application number must be quoted on all correspondence.



Unless any objection stating sufficient grounds is so lodged, registration may be effected pursuant to the application.
