TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (North West) (No.6) Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped southern part width of Richmond Road and an irregularly shaped northern part width of Moor Lane at Crosby, in the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton. This is to enable development as permitted by Sefton Council, under reference DC/2022/01148 and DC/2023/01387.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@ dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/NW/S247/5920. They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at College Road Post Office,150 College Road, Liverpool, L23 3DP.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 14 March 2025.
