PUBLIC NOTICE

Proposed Woodheads Energy Park

Invitation to public consultation events

You are warmly invited to attend the first community consultation event for the proposed Woodheads Energy Park, a solar and battery energy storage project, at Woodheads Farm near Blainslie.

Before submitting an application for planning consent, ABO Energy is hosting two consultation events to share information about the proposed development with the public and invite feedback, whilst providing an opportunity to meet the team behind the project and ask any questions.

The events are being held at:

Blainslie Village Hall - 25th March, 11am – 2.30pm

Lauder Scout Hall - 25th March, 3pm – 6.45pm

The events will be ‘drop-in’ sessions, feel free to attend either, where information about the proposal will be on display.

Further information on the proposal will be available at www.woodheadsenergypark.com from the 25th of March.

If you can’t attend our events, you may provide comments via the online feedback form on the project website, by email at woodheads@aboenergy.com or by phone at 0131 573 0306. Comments must be received by 18th April 2025.

Comments made under this consultation are not representations to the Scottish Ministers. If an application for consent is submitted for this proposal, there will be an opportunity to make representation on that application to the Scottish Ministers.
