The proposed development(s) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relate are situated

24/39904/FUL - Land East Of Shropshire Union Canal Norbury Road Norbury Junction - Engineering operations to existing canal and towpath to enable proposed construction of an 80 berth canal marina basin and associated works, including marina entrance bridge, dry dock, boat house, facilities building including managers accommodation above, Improvement of site access and formation of site access track, together with car parking and new landscape planting
The proposed developments are classed as major developments and accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area.

Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings

25/40357/DCLB - The Shippon Ash Lane Yarnfield - Discharge condition 4 on 23/38300/HOU & 23/38301/LBC Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 2 April 2025. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 2 April 2025. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
