The following application is for Listed Building Consent and planning permission which affects the setting of a listed building and a public right of way: Application Number: 24/00472/FUL Proposal: Erection of 3no. dwellings following the demolishment of existing agricultural buildings, and the erection of a stables, and a rear extension and alteration to dwelling. Application Number: 24/00473/LBC Proposal: Listed building consent for the erection of a rear extension and alterations to the existing dwelling Location: White House Farm Preston Road Inskip-with-Sowerby Preston Lancashire PR4 0TT Applicant: Mr And Mrs Duckett Representations on the above applications should be made by 2nd April 2025 as after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision on the application.
