What is planned?
PRE-APPLICATON PUBLIC CONSULTATION
As required by N.M.&D.D.C. under Pre-application Community Consultation Guidance a public event to provide information to the local community in relation to the below project shall take place on:
24th of March 2025 at the Function room of the Warrenpoint Town Football
Club, 65B Upper Dromore Road Warrenpoint 12-00 hrs and 19-30 hrs.
The proposal is a planning application for the Proposed renovation and extension to existing club house, new turn stile and fan zone area, new covered standing area, new playground area, new community area, renovation of existing grass football pitch to 3g football pitch with new LED flood lighting and associated site works.
