Folkestone and Hythe, Multiple Temporary Traffic Regulation Notices
What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
24/1901/FH - Plot C Coronet Park, Mountfield Road, New Romney, TN28 8LH - 18 no. general industrial units all with associated parking and access road.
25/0296/FH - ROSEMARY COTTAGE, BOARMANS LANE, BROOKLAND, ROMNEY MARSH, TN29 9QU - Proposed two storey rear extension and re-location of existing access to highway.
25/0325/FH - WEST KNOLL, LYDD ROAD, NEW ROMNEY, TN28 8DH - Erection of a detached dwelling
25/0354/FH - 40 EARLS AVENUE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2HD - Sub-division of the lower ground floor flat into two flats, and the replacement of all the windows in East (rear) elevation.
Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY. Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
