and are available for inspection at the Council Offices, Market Street,
Newbury RG14 5LD. Comments should be sent to the Head of Planning:
email planapps@westberks.gov.uk within 14 days and will be available for
public inspection.
DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING
AND/OR BUILDINGS OR OTHER LAND WITHIN A DESIGNATED OR
PROPOSED CONSERVATION AREA AND/OR MAJOR DEVELOPMENT
25/00218/LBC-Ridgeway House, Streatley-To replace one rotten window
& frame which are both beyond repair. Replacement will be like for like in
every respect.
25/00355/HOUSE and 25/00356/LBC-Kennet House, East Ilsley-Minor internal
& external alterations, heat pump installation, removal of 1988 rear extension,
& replacement of existing rear infill.
24/02074/LBC-39 Charnham Street, Hungerford-Replacement of existing
ground floor sash windows with new hand crafted sash windows exactly
replicating the originals.
25/00391/FULMAJ-The Mall, The Kennet Centre, Newbury-Full planning
permission for the redevelopment of the Kennet Centre comprising the partial
demolition of the existing building on site & the development of new residential dwellings (Use Class C3) & resident’s ancillary facilities; commercial floorspace (Class E (a, b, c, d, e, f, & g)); access, parking, & cycle parking; landscaping & open space; sustainable energy installations; associated works, & alterations to the retained Vue Cinema block & additional floor to multi storey car park.
25/00453/FULMAJ-Frilsham Lime Quarry, Frilsham, Thatcham-S73 Application
to vary condition 2 (Approved Plans) of approved 22/03123/FULMAJ.
