TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications
1) Demolition of existing building & erection of a 3-storey building to provide retail unit and 14 residential 1-bed flats at 52 Spital Street Dartford Kent (Application Ref. No. DA/25/00097/FUL) which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order and will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, will affect a Listed Building.(Application Ref. DA/25/00097/FUL)
2)Application for Listed Building Consent for internal and external repair & renovations works including alterations to external steps, roof repairs, replacing windows & doors within later rear addition to the Almshouses, internal skimming throughout, removal of partitions, upgrading w.c facilities; repairs to the existing windows and doors to the original building, upgrades to lighting, essential fire & health and safety upgrades, new kitchen area and redecoration and floor finishes throughout at 20 West Hill Dartford Kent
which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, will affect a Grade II Listed Building. Application Ref. DA/25/00129/LBC)
3) Change of use of units to B8 storage & change of use of land for parking and additional hard surfacing (retrospective application)
at Units 4-5, 6-8, 12 And 13 Storefast Estate Park Corner Road Southfleet (Application Reference: DA/24/00977/FUL) which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.
4) Notification of G1 Ash & Sycamore - Rear boundary: Group of self seeded trees along the rear right hand fence-line. To fell as close to ground level as possible and to poison stump to prevent regrowth. G3 Laurel & Robinia - Rear garden right hand side of conservatory: To fell as close to ground level as possible and to poison stump to prevent regrowth. Reason for work being general maintenance, within Hook Green Conservation Area at Withens Nursing Home Hook Green Road Southfleet which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of theHook Green Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/25/00232/TRCON).
4) Demolition of existing bungalow, garage and outbuilding and erection of 3 bedroom dwelling (bungalow) at The Bungalow Trollingdown Hill Green Street Green Road (Application Reference: DA/24/00958/FUL) which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.
5) Variation of condition 10 of planning permission DA/88/00262/FUL (which granted permission for the erection of a regional distribution warehouse with ancillary offices, car and lorry parking) to remove the current named occupier restriction at Asda Distribution Centre Unit 8 Galleon Boulevard
(Application Ref. No. DA/25/00233/VCON)which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.
6) Demolition of the existing garage to the flank of the property and the erection of a two-storey side extension at 2 Lambert Mews Southfleet Kent (Application Ref. DA/25/00251/FUL)which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Hook Green Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building.
7) Erection of five stables, tack room and manure store, and ancillary works at Land South East Of Parsonage Lane Sutton At Hone Kent (Application Ref. No. DA/25/00054/FUL) and the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building and falls within the category
