The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/25/098464/MAJOR Abbey Lakes Hall Orrell Road Orrell Wigan Erection of a foodstore (Use Class E) with associated internal access roads, parking, servicing area, hard and soft landscaping, external lighting, substation and associated site works together with amended vehicular access to Orrell Road following demolition of existing buildings
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building
A/25/098506/MAJPSI St John Rigby College Gathurst Road Orrell Wigan To install air source heat pump and associated works
A/25/098619/HH Club House Farm 3 Wigan Road Shevington Wigan Erection of 1.2m high boundary fence between no. 3 Wigan Road (Club House Farm) and no. 57 Church Lane
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building The application forms and plans can be viewed on our website https://www.wigan.gov.uk/Resident/Planning-and-Building-Control/Planning/
