Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.

Application reference: PL/2025/0000345/FUL and PL/2025/0000346/LBC. Site address: Halifax, 22 High Street Proposed development: Replacement timber gate with a new matching gate and new vanguard system. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.

Application reference: PL/2025/0000328/FUL and PL/2025/0000330/LBC. Site address: 9, 10 And 11 Priory Row Proposed development: Change of use from offices to mixed use with offices on the ground floor and 2no. self-contained dwelling houses across the first and second floor of no’s 9-10 and minor internal alterations to no.11 Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.

Application reference: PL/2025/0000319/RVC Site address: Former Gala Bingo, Fairfax Street Proposed development: Variation of condition 2-drawings: imposed on PL/2024/0000906/RVC for erection of co-living accommodation (student and non-student) (sui generis use) and 693sqm of commercial use Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.

Application reference: PL/2025/0000301/RVC Site address: Seva School, Eden Road Proposed development: Erection of a two-storey extension to Eden House; erection of a single-storey extension to Link House, along with other refurbishment works to Eden House/Link House, associated landscaping works including replacement MUGA, and associated infrastructure (variation of condition 2- to allow change of design and size of mechanical ventilation): imposed on planning permission FUL/2021/3484 granted on 16/08/2022 Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.

Application reference: PL/2025/0000261/FUL Site address: 113 Earlsdon Avenue North Proposed development: Internal alterations within existing house to make 5no. 1-bed flats Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
