NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION IN RELATION TO AN APPLICATION FOR THE DETERMINATION OF CONDITIONS TO WHICH A PLANNING PERMISSION IS TO BE SUBJECT (REVIEW OF MINERALS PLANNING CONDITIONS) ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT (REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED))
I give notice that H Tuckwell & Sons Ltd, Thrupp Lane Hailey, Abingdon, OX14 3NG has submitted further information in relation to the environmental statement for the Application for determination of the conditions to which a planning permission is to be subject (Permission numbers DD1 and DD2) at Land at Thrupp Farm, Radley, Abingdon, Oxfordshire Grid Ref: SU 51539 97065.
The application was made on 22nd February 2023. Further information was previously submitted in July 2024. You may view a copy of the application, supporting documents, the environmental statement and the further information online at the County Council at: http://myeplanning.oxfordshire.gov.uk using the reference MW.0041/23 and also at County Council, Environment and Place, County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1ND at all reasonable hours by prior appointment until 5th April 2025.
If you wish to make any representations on this application, you should write to the Council quoting the reference number and either email David Periam (David.Periam@oxfordshire.gov.uk) or comment online using the reference MW.0041/23. If making a written representation, please consider that failure to include your name and address will be classed as an anonymous comment and not taken into account. Comments should be made on or before 5th April 2025, and failure to meet this deadline may result in your comments not being considered.
Any comments made previously on the application will still be taken into account in the determination of the application.
Copies of the Environmental Statement and Non-Technical Summary including the further information can be obtained on written request from Land & Mineral Management, Roundhouse Cottages, Bridge Street, Frome, Somerset, BA11 1BE at a cost of £200 including VAT per hard copy, £10.00 including VAT and delivery for a CD ROM copy, and postage cost of £5.00. A downloadable electronic copy of the Non-Technical Summary is available free of charge.
The notice of determination will be available online once the application has been decided.
NOTE: Consideration of the development may take place in public and representations may be published. The proposal may be considered by the Council’s Planning & Regulation Committee (only comments relating to planning issues will be taken into account when reaching a decision).
The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended requires the determination of planning applications to be a public process. The Council will make information submitted in relation to planning applications available for public inspection, and so it is not possible to take into account in the determination of the application any comments which are submitted confidentially. If you wish to submit any comments regarding this application, your comments as well as your name and postal address may be disclosed to third parties, including those who have submitted the planning application.
