What is planned?

OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

I give notice that North Oxfordshire Topsoil, Barford Road Farm, South Newington, Oxfordshire, OX15 4JJ is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Section 73 application to continue the development permitted by permission MW.0080/15 (Change of use of Agricultural Barns to Topsoil storage and screening for Topsoil business, a new lean-to 10 x 30m barn and new farm access for Barford Road Farmhouse), altering condition 2 from no more than 12 HGV movements per day to no more than 24 HGV movements per day and no more than 36 HGV movements per day during exceptional operations, with exceptional operations to last no more than six weeks per year at Barford Road Farm, Barford Road, Sout Newington, Oxfordshire OX15 4JJ.

The decision notice will be available online once the application has been decided. NOTE Consideration of the development may take place in public and representations may be published. The proposal may be considered by the Council's Planning & Regulation Committee (Only comments relating to planning issues will be taken into account when reaching a decision). The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended requires the determination of planning applications to be a public process.
