• 2025/0616 BROOKE, The Hollies, Howe Lane – Notice of intention that 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 – Off-site highway improvement works shall be completed (5) Vehicular Access (6) Access Specifications (7) Visibility Splay (8) Proposed Access (10) Contingency Repair (12) Boundary Treatments) of planning permission 20160888 – Proposed erection of one detached two-storey and one detached single-storey dwellings. Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.

• 2025/0482 PULHAM ST MARY, Land North of The Sports Ground, Station Road – Removal of 2 No. timber single-storey buildings and replace with 2 No. single-storey timber clad buildings. Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.

• 2025/0587 TROWSE, 11 Barn Meadow – Lawful development certificate (existing) for the construction of a single-storey extension. Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area.

• 2025/0585 & 2025/0586 WORTWELL, Park Farm, Tunbeck Road – Rear dormer extensions and minor alterations. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or affects Conservation Area.

• 2025/0598 WYMONDHAM, 1 Whitehorse Street – Variation of condition 2 of 2023/1734 for (2) changes to roof heights to allow for taller doors, (10) re-weatherboarding to rear elevation and widening to side. Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area.

• 2025/0565 LONG STRATTON, Land South of the Junction of Briars Lane and Norwich Road – Erection of pole-mounted housing development sign. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or affects Conservation Area.
