Reason for notice: Affects the setting of a Listed Building and may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area Application No: 2025/00189/FUL Application Type: Full Planning Location: Land Off Crown Street, Bewsey and Whitecross, Warrington WA1 2AE Proposal: Retention of 30m high telecommunications mast for a further 12 month period Applicant: EE UK Ltd & Hutchison UK Ltd

The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice. A copy of the application may be inspected at online.warrington.gov.uk/planning. Telephone enquiries can be made to the Development Management Support Team on 01925 442819 between the hours of 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. If you wish to comment please use our online form within 21 days (excluding Bank Holidays) of the date of this notice, comments received after this date may not be taken into account. To comment you will first need to register. You can also write to Development Management, East Annexe, Town Hall, Warrington WA1 1UH quoting the above reference number and your address. Any correspondence received will be open to public inspection or referred to in meetings open to the public.
