What is planned?
Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: ZA25/26734/VAR Proposal: Section 73 application to vary condition no 11 (Self Build) of planning approval referenced ZA24/26178/FUL for Mr Paul Bratt Location: Town Head Henbusk Lane Newby Clapham LA2 8HU Reason: Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: ZA25/26720/OTHERS Proposal: Prior approval under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class G(a) of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) (England) 2015 (as amended) for change of use from commercial Class E to mixed use including residential Class C3 for Ms Elizabeth Lister Location: 18 Main Street High Bentham LA2 7HL Reason: Prior Notification for Change of Use.
Application No: ZA25/26646/HH Proposal: Erection of double detached garage for Mr Gordon Halton Location: Barn at Stainton Cotes Moorber Lane Coniston Cold BD23 4EN Reason: Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: ZA25/26671/FUL Proposal: Dismantling of existing portal framed building including extensions. Conversion and extension of traditional agricultural building, change of use class to provide a wedding venue and associated external and landscape works for Warley Wise Farm LLP Location: Warley Wise Farm Cowling BD22 0LL Reasons: Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Would affect the route of a public right of way.
Application No: ZA25/26649/LBC Proposal: Listed building consent for the replacement of all timber windows and doors with PVC flush casement, French Grey on white wood grain finish for Mrs Sue Jarrom Location: Close House Giggleswick BD24 0EA Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: ZA25/26639/VAR Proposal: Application to vary condition no. 2 (Approved Plans) of planning application 2022/24184/FUL to remove linked garage and redesign of housetypes to plot 1 and 2 including erection of extensions, garage and raised balcony for MADP Location: Welbeck House Keighley Road Cowling BD22 0AB Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: ZA25/26633/FUL Proposal: Conversion of agricultural building to form dwellinghouse Class C3 including alterations and extension, formation of access and car parking, erection of boundary enclosures and ancillary treatment plan infrastructure for S Spensley & Co Location: Marsh Barn Hellifield Road Gargrave BD23 3NB Reason: Wider Publicity.
Application No: ZA25/26715/LBC Proposal: Listed building consent for replacement windows and doors and formation of new window and door openings for Mr & Mrs M Cannon Location: 18 South Street Gargrave BD23 3RT Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.
