NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING
(DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2015
NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR
PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN
ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Land Off Coal Pit Lane Clifton Brighouse Calderdale. Application Number: 24/01273.

I give notice that Calderdale MBC are applying to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council for planning permission for: Application for the Approval of Reserved Matters (Conditions 2 and 4 of Planning Permission 19/00612/LAA) for appearance, scale, landscaping and layout and that the application is accompanied by an addendum to the environmental statement submitted under planning application ref 19/00612/LAA.

The proposed development would affect a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1982 (a) (public rights of way) applies.

The application details plans, and environmental statement can be viewed on the Council’s website at www.calderdale.gov.uk/planning/ They can also be seen via the Council’s website in Local Area Customer First offices, and local Library’s during normal opening hours. If you wish to make comments about the application, please make them within 21 days from the date of this notice. The best way to do this is to go on-line via the Council’s website and ‘Search planning applications. (Please note that you will need to Register to make a comment, but if you do you will also be able to track progress and be notified if there are any changes to the application). Alternatively let me have them in writing, by sending them to Planning Services, quoting the application number.

Any representations submitted are open to inspection by the public on-line and the Planning Inspectorate, in the event of an Appeal, they may also place your comments online, so you should only include information that you are happy to be made available on the internet.
