APPLICATION FOR THE MODIFICATION OR DISCHARGE OF A PLANNING OBLIGATION

The following is a list of applications in the Borough in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Modification and Discharge of Planning Obligations) Regulations 1992 (as amended).

Silvertown Partnership LLP has applied to the London Borough of Newham to modify the planning obligation described below.

Planning Obligation:

Application pursuant to S106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to modify the provisions in the Deed of Planning Obligation dated 19 August 2016 (planning reference 14/01605/OUT) as modified by Deed of planning obligation dated 27 March 2018, 10 August 2022 and 23 February 2023. This proposed amendment relates to allow 100% Affordable Housing in Development Zone 1 and definitions relating to ‘Part 1’ and ‘Part 2’ (Schedule 3) and ‘Housing Mix’ (Schedule 14).
