What is planned?

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL

Town and Country Planning (DMPO) (England) 2015 Notice under Article 15, Planning (LB & CA) Regulations & Act 1990 & Town and Country Planning (EIA) Regulations 2017. Notice is hereby given that the council has received the following applications which either affect a listed building, is within a conservation area, is major development, is EIA Development or represents a departure from the Local Plan. 

Details are available at Church Square House, 30-40 High Street, Scunthorpe DN15 6NL or at www.northlincs.gov.uk/ planning. Comments should be made within 21 days of this notice, preferably online, SCUNTHORPE PA/2025/254 Hybrid planning permission comprising of outline, with all matters reserved for up to 550 dwellings, a local centre (use Class E), associated landscaping, drainage and other infrastructureworks. 

Full Planning permission for the construction of a new vehicular access off the M181/A1077(M) roundabout, a pedestrian and cycle link to Scotter road, a pumping station, earthworks and off-plot drainage, ecological and associated landscaping and infrastructure works , land east of M181/A1077(M), Burringham
