All applications are available for viewing at the Council Offices or via the Council’s website http://planning.welhat.gov.uk. Representation must be made within 21 days of this notice. Representation received will be made public. The Council gives warning pursuant to its powers under section 225 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, that it will remove or obliterate any placard displayed illegally within the administrative boundaries of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council. The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

• 6/2024/2440/HOUSE – Erection of a single-storey rear extension and front porch at 50 Beechfield Road, WGC.

• 6/2025/0005/FULL – Change of use from redundant amenity land to garden land with erection of boundary fence at 33 Lemsford Village, Lemsford, WGC.

• 6/2025/0222/LB – Repairs to crenelation structures and copings on westerly elevation at Parkside Cottage, 56 Mill Lane, Welwyn.

• 6/2025/0223/LB – Removal of existing sand and cement render on gable end of north elevation, re-lath with Riven oak laths and apply lime putty and finish coat at Parkside Cottage, 56 Mill Lane, Welwyn.

• 6/2025/0224/LB – Repointing work to existing garden boundary wall at Parkside Cottage, 56 Mill Lane, Welwyn.

• 6/2025/0233/HOUSE – Demolition of existing rear extension and mono pitch roof over patio. Ground floor rear extension. Partial first-floor rear extension. Installation of 3 obscured glazed windows and 1 obscured glazed door to the side elevation at ground floor level. Internal alterations. Alterations to existing patio area at 9 Rectory Close, Essendon, Hatfield.

• 6/2025/0286/LB – Remove tiles and battens to rear roof, repair existing rafters, refit roof tiles and battens at 6 Mimram Road, Welwyn.
