PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT
NATIONAL APPLICATION PROPOSAL
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 7(2) (b))
"Erection of Residential Development with Associated Roads, Parking, Landscaping, Services Infrastructure and Associated Works" at land near the intersection of Springfield Road and London Road, Glasgow.
A public consultation event will be held at the Commonwealth Arena (also known as Emirates Arena), London Road, Glasgow, G40 3HG, where the project team will be available to answer any questions. This event will occur on Wednesday, 12th March 2025, between 5pm and 8pm.

Comments can be made to the Applicant at the public event or via the above contact details. There will be a second feedback event in April / May 2025.
Please note that comments made at the event or via the above contact details are to the Wheatley Group as the Applicant and are not representations to the planning authority. There will be an opportunity to make representations to the Glasgow City Council when an application for planning permission is submitted.
