DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND ADJACENT TO SYCAMORE INDUSTRIAL
ESTATE, CATER LANE/WALKLEY LANE, HECKMONDWIKE WF16 0NJ
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council intend to dispose of an area of land adjacent to Sycamore Industrial Estate, Cater Lane/Walkley Lane,
Heckmondwike WF16 0NJ that may fall within the definition of Open Space as defined in s336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objection in writing to Harry Garland (quoting reference: D70a-586), Kirklees Council, Legal Services, PO Box 1720, Huddersfield, HD1 9EL no later than 20 March 2025, giving full reasons for such objection.
