(extension to caravan park) to allow occupation for
twelve months of any one year to allow for the siting
of an additional 31 units and amended site layout at

Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) is a major development.
