1. NOTICE is hereby given for the purposes of Section 123 (2a) of the Local Government Act 1972 that The District Council of Adur proposes to dispose of land forming part of The Triangle, Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham. The land comprises approximately 29 square metres (approximately 1.3m x 22.0m) adjacent to the existing highway.
2. The intended disposal will be by way of a dedication as public highway.
3. A plan showing the land referred to may be inspected at the Shoreham Centre, Pond Road, Shoreham, BN43 5WU between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted).
4. Any objections or representations in respect of the proposed disposal may be sent to Joanne Lee, Solicitor to the The District Council of Adur, Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA, to be received no later than 5.00pm on Friday 21 March 2025.
