Borough of Telford & Wrekin
Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which
require publication.
TWC/2025/0130 – Wellington Orbit, 1 Station Road, Wellington –
Replacement of 12no. first floor single glazed windows and 9no. second
floor single glazed windows, erection of a second floor rear extension, infill
and reinstatement of a rear first floor door, replacement of a rear external
fire escape staircase and rebuilding of an external rear wall with associated
site work***Amended Description***
TWC/2025/0131 – 38 High Street, Coalport – Erection of 2m high fencing (Retrospective)
TWC/2025/0132 – Land between Castle Farm Way and A5 (School),
Priorslee – Erection of a two-storey temporary school building and
associated works
TWC/2025/0133 & TWC/2025/0134 – 61-65 High Street, Madeley, Telford,
Shropshire, TF7 5AU – Replacement and repairs of existing wrought iron
gates to sliding wrought iron gates and replacement of existing garage door
(Full Planning Application and Listed Building Application)
TWC/2025/0136 – Site of former Metal & Waste Recycling, The Old Smithy,
Lightmoor Road, Lightmoor – Demolition of existing commercial buildings
and redevelopment to provide 52no. affordable social rented dwellings with
the associated details on access, drainage, levels, landscaping and
infrastructure
TWC/2025/0143 & TWC/2025/0144 – St Peters And St Pauls Roman
Catholic Church, Salters Lane, Newport, Shropshire, TF10 7LB –
Replacement of existing orangery and roof of presbytery including 2no.
skylights/window lanterns and rainwater goods, repairs and repointing to
external brickwork, chimneys, coping stones and lead flashing (Full
Planning Application and Listed Building Application)

Written representations can be
made on planning online or by email at
planning.control@telford.gov.uk
and need to be received by 27 March 2025 (14 days for public service infrastructure
development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank
holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental
statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a
householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be
made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
