I give notice of the receipt of the following applications:

Applicant: Penso Power Limited
Proposal: Installation of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), together with associated ancillary infrastructure, equipment and access arrangements off Vulcan Way. (Note: Cross boundary application with LB Croydon (LB Croydon ref: 25/00092/FUL).)

Proposal: Demolition of chimney, construction of part one/two storey rear/side extension including first floor balcony with glazed balustrade, new front porch structure, one front roof light and one rear roof light and elevational alterations.

Proposal: Demolition of existing stable building and removal of associated mobile home, erection of detached dwelling and associated parking.
LAND AT THE WALNUTS SHOPPING CENTRE, HIGH STREET, ORPINGTON, BR6 0TB - (24/04820)
Proposal: Phased mixed-use redevelopment of the site comprising demolition of all existing buildings/structures, site preparation, and enabling works; construction of a basement; construction of buildings to provide Dwellings (Class C3) and Commercial floorspace (Class E); and provision of associated car and cycle parking, servicing space, landscaping, public realm, means of access and highway alterations, installation of plant and utilities and all other associated infrastructure and ancillary works incidental to the development.
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relate are situated.
* As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
