Proposed development at: Land At Higher Marley Road Exmouth
I give notice that Tracy Ford is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:–
Application Number: 25/0078/MOUT
Outline application seeking approval for access only (with matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping reserved) for residential development comprising of up to 130 dwellings, public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage system and engineering works, with vehicular access off Higher Marley Road.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
