Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 52/24/00004: 10 Alstone Lane, Highbridge, TA9 3DR. Erection of 3no. dwellings with associated amenity space, garages and drainage. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 25/24/00018: Cote Farm, White House Lane, East Huntspill, Highbridge, TA9 3PD. Erection of an agricultural building for livestock & general storage purposes. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 11/25/00019: The Old Pier Tavern, Pier Street, Burnham On Sea, TA8 1BT. Part change of use of ground floor Use Class Sui Generis to 6no. House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) Use Class C4 & Use Class E. This site lies within a Conservation Area.

Application No. 11/25/00002: Land To The East Of, Isleport Lane, Highbridge. Variation of Condition 4 of Planning Permission 11/22/00030 (Reserved matters application seeking approval of the layout, scale, appearance & landscaping of 248 residential units, community uses/local shop, associated open space & infrastructure) to amend the flood resilience measures. This proposal is a major development & is of public interest.

Application No. 08/25/00032: 1 And 2, Friarn Lawn, Friarn Street, Bridgwater, TA6 3LL. External repairs & redecoration: - Soft washing of vault areas. Re-painting of metal railings. Repair windows & replace window at basement level. Re-point part of lower-level wall & remove ivy/plant life to rear elevation. Repair guttering/flashing. Re-attach loose roof tiles. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.
