25/00271/FULM – Major Development and Development would affect a public right of way And SLB – Proposed erection of a two storey General Teaching Block with Drama Studio. Demolition of existing Nursery mobile classroom. 25/00235/REMM – Major Development – Erection of 103 dwellings including highway access, parking, pedestrian links and open space to Phase C3 (reserved matters of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale to outline planning permission ref. 13/00956/OUTM) Beveridge Lane, Coalville.

25/00276/FUL – LBC – Erection of a two storey and single storey rear extension and associated works. Quarter Moon Cottage, 1 Long Hedge Lane, Worthington, Ashby De La Zouch.
